We have practiced in this area for over 35 years and cover all types of litigation. We have experience in all Victorian Courts and Tribunals. Because of technology, our physical distance from Melbourne is not an issue. We believe it is more convenient for clients to be close to their solicitors rather than solicitors being close to the courts.
We understand the demands placed on businesses (particularly small businesses) when it comes to providing detailed instructions and supplying all relevant material. In many cases this can be a time consuming and challenging process. We are happy to assist with these matters and believe it is essential to get the story straight and the material evidence available for scrutiny when we first take instructions.Although this often time consuming and mundane work it is of great assitance in the long run.
We prosecute and defend proceedings in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Courts. We handle cases in VCAT and represent individuals and corporations in mediations and arbitrations.
